Anthony's passion is helping business owners achieve their best in life and business.

Anthony's business career began in the corporate arena where he worked his way through a variety of Sales, Management, Marketing and General Management roles, often with State, National and/or International responsibilities. Some of his key achievements include the creation of a 12.5% national market share for an office paper brand within 18 months, doubling the annual turnover of a vitamin manufacturer within 3½ years (whilst also increasing profitability by 140%) and reversing the imminent collapse of a family owned business to an $80,000 annual profit within 2½ years plus helping many natural health practitioners and other small businesses double or triple their turnover.

In his personal life, Anthony has faced
common issues like abuse, business breakdown, financial loss, divorce and depression. Over the years, he came to realize the many similarities between having a successful life and running a successful business and saw how the effective use of key business and management tools combined with life skills he learnt through personal development enabled him to transform his life. As a result, he created his own life skills and business development consultancy (e-motivation) in 2003 which specializes in helping individuals and businesses achieve their best.

Anthony both uses and teaches many easy to learn, simple to use and highly cost effective ethical business/marketing tools that are drawn from his own ‘real life’ experience and from the significant training he has received in Personal Development, General Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning and OH&S. He holds qualifications in Management, Training & Assessment, is a Mentor with the Small Business Mentoring Service Inc, an Author, a registered life/business coach with CoachNetwork and a member of both the Australian Institute of Training & Development and the Australian Institute of Management.



Elizabeth (Liz) Lucas – Merchandising & Retail Services

Liz has over 20 years experience in Visual Merchandising and Shop layout & design having worked for 10 years in fashion accessories with Bradman’s, Strandbag’s and Equip, a further 6 years in giftware where she developed a $1 million business in Gift Baskets and a further 6 years in wholesale floristry.

She is acknowledged by her peers for her unique ability to demonstrate what works in retail environments and making Merchandising easy to learn. Invariably, Liz’s Merchandising has resulted in immediate sales increases of up to 150%.

Liz now brings her artistic eye and creative flair to both teach and provide ‘hands on’ consulting help for our retail clients.
